Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and document business requirements to develop effective technical solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technology needs.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology projects.Ensure solutions meet compliance and organisational standards.Provide training and support to end-users as needed.Monitor and evaluate project progress, addressing any issues proactively.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Business Analyst Should Have
Experience across finance and HR modulesExperience in analysing and documenting business and technical requirements.Strong understanding of technology frameworks and systemsProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
