What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow key accounts while hunting and winning new business opportunities.
* Use consultative selling and discovery skills to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions.
* Build strong relationships at all levels of client organisations.
* Apply proven sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger or SPIN to qualify opportunities, forecast and close deals.
* Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Keep your pipeline healthy and consistently hit or exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or a closely-related industry.
* A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets .
* Competitive drive paired with a genuine desire to deliver effective solutions for clients.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a relationship-first mindset.
* Comfortable managing both large enterprise accounts and smaller one-off projects .
* Experience with audiovisual, ICT or integration solutions is a bonus, but your attitude, curiosity and resilience matter most.
