Randstad have partnered with a reputable State Government Department and are seeking highly dedicated customer service officers. The role requires exceptional data accuracy combined with professional client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* High volume data entry
* First point of contact for client enquiries via telephone, email
* Manage and update database records using multiple systems and procedures
* Resolve and escalate complex client matters
* Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
To be successful, you will possess the following:
* Proven experience in a similar high-volume administrative role with a focus on data entry and customer service.
* Customer Service skills, including the proven ability to be an excellent communicator on the telephone, engaging with a diverse range of customers.
* Demonstrated proficiency with database management systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Must hold a valid NPC (National Police Check)
* Available to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
