The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business owners, driving growth and market share.
2. Sales Leadership: Oversee sales operations, ensuring high standards, effective management, and alignment with business goals.
3. Financial Performance: Take responsibility for the financial performance of Sales, Service, and Parts, driving results and improving efficiency.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent practices and optimal operational efficiency.
5. Performance Monitoring: Use key business metrics to monitor branch performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to support balanced decision-making and shared outcomes.
