The role of a Property Manager involves providing exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their queries and resolving any issues that may arise. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and managing rental collections.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service to tenants
* Maintain accurate financial records, including lease administration and financial procedures
* Prepare annual operating budgets in collaboration with other Property Managers
* Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial property management
* Tertiary qualification (property specialisation preferred but not essential)
* Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
