The role :
Teachers Health is on a mission to transform how our people and members experience change. As we modernise platforms, evolve processes, and scale organisational capabilities, we're looking for a Change Manager to join our Learning and Change team.
You'll lead end-to-end change management for major projects, ensuring employees and leaders successfully adopt new systems, processes, structures, and behaviours. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you'll minimise disruption, boost readiness, deliver lasting impact and embed the necessary 'change' capabilities throughout the organisation.
Success in this role requires a broad organisational lens. You'll maintain visibility across initiatives, prevent siloed change, and ensure activity aligns with strategic goals. You'll clearly communicate impacts, dependencies, and updates so stakeholders remain connected throughout.
This is a people-first role, we're seeking a consultative, empathetic professional with enterprise-wide change experience and Prosci ADKAR certification. Technical IT expertise would be hugely beneficial.

Who Are We?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 500,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What you'll do?
In reporting directly to the Head of Learning and Change you will develop and implement change strategies and education programs, roadmaps, and frameworks for enterprise-wide projects
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and risk assessments
Forge strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, People Leaders, project sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts
Create clear, engaging communication plans and materials (toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, presentations)
Partner with Training and Communications teams to support adoption and capability building
Coach leaders to confidently guide their teams through change
Track adoption, resistance, and engagement metrics, reporting to the stakeholders and sponsors
Champion Prosci's ADKAR model across the organisation
Embed change practices into project delivery lifecycles and support continuous improvement
What you'll bring :
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Change Management, or related field
Prosci ADKAR certification (essential)
5+ years' experience managing organisational change on large, complex projects in medium to large scale businesses – ideally across several locations
Experience in embedding change processes into organisations with evidence of success
The ability to see across the entire organisation and see the impact of change ensuring all stakeholders are engaged in the process
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
Experience influencing senior leaders and navigating complex environments
Analytical skills to interpret readiness data and insights
Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Bonus points for :

Regulated industries or private health insurance / financial sectors
