About the Role:

* Conduct thorough assessments of claims to ensure accuracy and determine the appropriate course of action.
* Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, on-hire staff, and senior management, to ensure seamless service delivery and claim resolution.
* Perform detailed investigations to gather all necessary information and documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding clients through the claims process, and providing timely updates.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and decisions, and prepare reports or updates as needed.

About You:

* Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are key).
* Flexibility to work evening shifts, finishing by 9:30 pm (preferred).
* Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills.
* Enthusiastic and empathetic personality.
* Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
* Detail-oriented and well-organized.
