The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable position
- Proficiency in Xero (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
About the role:
- Processing and reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Managing invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations
- Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
- Following up on overdue accounts with professionalism and tact
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
