Seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking professional to join an established team in a key role as a Strategy Principal. Your contribution will be critical in providing insights and formulating strategies that integrate signals from the environment, in order to identify external trends, opportunities and strategic risks for the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As the Strategy Principal, you will be responsible for leading key strategic projects and initiatives to drive the success in the organisation.
- You will be tasked with identifying and evaluating medium to long-term trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to create compelling and relevant strategic choices.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to draw key insights and deliver strategic projects that align with business planning, portfolio management, and other external projects.
- You will harmonize complex strategic insights into compelling collateral that meets the needs of individual stakeholders.
- You will develop and deliver strategy communication materials to teams, ensuring that our organization is aligned and prepared for success.
**You will have**:
- You will have a strong financial acumen and strategic analysis skills.
- You will have proven lateral thinking skills to deliver original solutions to complex problems.
- You will possess critical and strategic thinking capabilities and structured problem-solving skills to lead collaborative projects across multiple business units.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with senior stakeholder management experience, will be essential to effectively facilitate sessions and challenge ideas constructively.
Salary $170,000 - $200,000 including super + Bonus.
