The Area Sales Presentative plays a key role in growing FOOTT's presence across the region. This role focuses on finding and building new customer relationships, promoting FOOTT's range of waste and recycling services, and contributing to our broader business growth strategy.
This role calls for a driven and self-motivated professional who enjoys being out in the field, values teamwork, and takes ownership of achieving strong outcomes.
This hybrid role requires occasional attendance at the company's head office in Shepparton. A competitive package is offered, including a company car, mobile phone, and laptop.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers through regular contact and excellent service.
Promote the full range of FOOTT services, matching solutions to customer needs.
Convert marketing leads into new business opportunities and actively manage your sales pipeline.
Meet (and aim to exceed) budgeted sales targets across your assigned area.
Work with the Sales Manager to plan and deliver regional growth priorities.
Requirements
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (BSB or B2C).
Exposure to working in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and manage appointments, follow up on leads, and stay on top of multiple priorities.
High attention to detail when entering and maintaining customer or sales information.
Confident using digital tools and systems to manage work – including CRM or sales platforms, email, calendar, and Microsoft Office applications.
A background in or interest in waste, recycling, transport, or even environmental services is beneficial but not essential.
