This role places you at the heart of our dynamic Information Technologies team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. As one of two Helpdesk Technicians, you'll be a go‐to expert for delivering fast, friendly, and effective support—empowering our School community to get the most out of an impactful range of ICT tools, systems, and applications.

From troubleshooting daily tech queries to guiding students, staff and School community members through digital resources, you'll be a trusted partner in keeping learning and operations running smoothly. Beyond day‐to‐day support, you'll also contribute to innovative ICT projects that shape the School's technological future—making this a role where your ideas, problem‐solving skills, and enthusiasm for technology can truly shine.

Responsibilities and Requirements

* Have relevant and demonstrated previous experience in a similar role.
* Have understanding of and experience working Microsoft 365, Windows devices and iPads.
* Possess technical diligence to navigate Wi‐Fi connectivity, printing and general hardware support.
* Have experience supporting Audio/Visual solutions within classroom, performance and/or event spaces.
* Demonstrate ability to follow procedures and document and maintain records in an accurate, logical, and accessible manner.
* Provide exceptional service and support experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Have high level communication skills.
* Be able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative, and collaborative team.
* Be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School's program.
* Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to following the School's child safety expectations, principles and policies.
