Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a busy hospital environment, providing swallowing and communication services to patients/clients and their carers.
The role is rotational with great opportunities for upskilling and further developing your clinical knowledge and skills in a supportive work environment.
You will be working across a variety of specialist areas and a 7 day roster as required.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality speech pathology services to patients/clients and their carers
* Assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders in adults and paediatrics
* Conduct instrumental swallowing assessments (VFSS & FEES)
* Implement quality improvement processes
* Commit to continued professional development and evidence-based practice
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
1. A bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology that provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
2. Clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in communication and swallowing assessment and management in paediatrics and/or adult caseloads
3. Knowledge of and ability to implement quality improvement processes
4. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development and evidence-based practice
5. An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)
