In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling platters, and maintaining high standards of food presentation and hygiene. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.On average, this position will work 15-25 hours per week. A standard working day may be up to 12 hours between 7:00am – 12:00am, across any of the seven days in the calendar week, including weekends and public holidays.
