Rental Branch Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and customer service focused Rental Branch Manager to drive the success of our Kalgoorlie branch. Reporting to the WA Operations Manager, this is a pivotal role within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our business as well as ensuring the efficient management of the branch. Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and a proven track record in sales will ensure you are able to hit the ground running in this leadership opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all branch and workshop operations to meet current KPIs
* Drive rental utilisation, sales and customer service within the branch
* Manage health and safety within the branch
* Train, lead and manage staff to include rosters
* Drive continuous improvement within the workplace
Requirements:
* Experience in vehicle rental would be viewed favourably
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Desire to work in a 'Hands On' role
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build and promote safety within the workplace
* Unrestricted manual drivers' license (MR license preferred)
