Senior Clinician, Youth Mental Health Initiative
As a Senior Clinician in our Youth Mental Health Initiative, you will play a crucial role in providing trauma-informed, culturally safe therapeutic interventions to young people experiencing complex mental health concerns.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide intensive therapeutic interventions and integrated psychosocial responses to young people with severe mental health needs.
o Lead and mentor staff to ensure the delivery of strengths-based and recovery-oriented mental health care and treatment.
o Collaborate with partner agencies to develop streamlined referral pathways and ensure timely transition of care.
Requirements
* Qualifications and Experience:
o Relevant tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists.
o Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in child and youth mental health, with demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care.
