About the Role: We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis at Club Wyong, Wyong, NSW. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options while maintaining high standards, delivering high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals to create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
- Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
- Monitor stock levels and rotate stock as required
- Ensure compliance with food handling practices and maintenance of general cleaning duties
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Food Handling certificate
- Self-disciplined and a team player
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
