Who are we looking for?
We're looking for experienced and motivated
Spatial Analysts
and Data Scientists
to join our teams in any of our GHD offices within
Canberra, Perth, Adelaide or Tasmania.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical Spatial Science and Location Intelligence (LI) services and Technical Advice to support the LI Team and broader GHD Business.
We embrace hybrid work arrangements, with an expectation of being in the office for 3 days each week.
Working with an energetic and high-performing team, you will:
* Develop and deliver geospatial and data science products and services, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
* Engage proactively with clients, with support from the LI Team Lead, to identify insights and opportunities contributing to the team's pipeline targets and future business development.
* Collaborate with technical leads across the business to support GHD's business goals and KPIs.
* Contribute to the growth and successful performance of LI capabilities, including workflow design and automation, solution implementation, and administration of spatial databases and web mapping and dashboarding environments.
* Lead proposal preparation, including input collation, writing, and technical documentation.
What you will bring to the team:
* Bachelor's degree in Spatial Science, or equivalent with a minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in similar industries.
* Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on open communication.
* Proficiency in ESRI GIS Software Suite.
* Experience in Technical Project Management, Bids and Proposal Preparation, Client Engagement, and Relationship Management.
Preferable experience in:
* Remote Sensing (Commercial/Industry Project Experience) and GIS Development Skills,
* Technical Business Analysis,
* MS PowerBI,
* Data Modelling
* ESRI Utility Networks (UN)
* GeoAI
