About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Sales & Service Manager (Team Leader) to lead a passionate team of consultants. This is more than a management role — it’s a chance to be a strategic driver of service excellence, sales growth, and team development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* 🧠 Coach & Inspire – Provide hands-on coaching and one-on-one support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
* 📈 Drive Performance – Lead client acquisition strategies and ensure the team meets revenue and customer service KPIs.
* 🔍 Risk Management – Navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance through active monitoring and support.
* 🔄 Lead Change – Champion new initiatives, manage team transitions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* 📊 Pipeline Management – Oversee and optimise the client acquisition pipeline to maximise conversions and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams, ideally in a contact centre or customer-focused environment
* Deep understanding of call centre operations, systems, and performance metrics
* Sound knowledge of mortgage lending processes and the loan lifecycle
* A natural motivator who uplifts team morale while confidently handling performance conversations
* Adaptable and agile, with excellent time management and the ability to pivot when priorities shift
