About the Role
Our team of Speech Language Therapists collaborate with educators to deliver enhanced outcomes for children.
As a Speech Language Therapist, you will make a tangible impact on daily life through your work.
You will partner with Centre Leaders and Educators to support the inclusion and participation of children in their learning and development.
Your focus will be on enhancing communication, literacy and social skills of children.
Develop and implement evidence-informed strategies to improve child and family outcomes within early learning settings.
Work closely with Centre Directors, Educators and key stakeholders to monitor and support children's progression in learning and development.
Regularly engage with families to ensure their child's inclusion and participation.
Establish relationships with local services and streamline referral pathways into and out of the centre.
Attend and contribute to Centre Team meetings to build a cohesive team.
Maintain regular liaison with the National Manager – Speech Pathology (or Speech Pathology Team Leader)
Deliver qualified development and contribute to reports, briefings and resources as required.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures in accordance with Goodstart Early Learning guidelines.
