Your Responsibilities :
* Work alongside a team of 12 experienced professionals, providing day-to-day support in administration
* General reception duties, answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, event preparation
* Preparing contracts and forms
* Assisting client walk-ins
* Marketing
* Key management
* Liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords
* Assisting the Property Management Department with admin duties
The Successful Candidate :
* Possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Previous experience in sales and rentals
* Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
* Outstanding organization and time management
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
* Immaculate presentation
