About the role
LittleOak is expanding and seeking a full-time Sales Territory Manager – Victoria (Metro) / Tasmania. Ideally, you will be based in Melbourne, but this is not essential. The role reports directly to the Head of Retail Sales - ANZ and Taiwan and will be responsible for the sales performance of metro Victoria and Tasmania-wide retailers in terms of revenue, profitability, volume, and growth.

The territory has an established customer base to nurture and grow, with a clear focus on connecting with new customers.
What will you do?
* Love to sell and enjoy getting out there to make things happen. Enthusiastic about children's nutrition.
* Leverage data & insights to drive sales with retailers, health food stores, pharmacies, and independent grocery stores.
* Motivated by achieving targets related to volume, revenue, and profitability as per sales plans.
* Actively identify and win new business opportunities within your territory.
* Manage a sales territory according to call cycles and route plans, including Victoria head office-based retail banners and buying groups.
* Take personal accountability for achieving individual and team goals.
* Enjoy working with a passionate and collaborative team.
* Experience and knowledge of the health food / pharmacy channels, either from the retailer or supplier side.
* Current or previous FMCG experience within Children's Nutrition, Baby, or Health Care categories.
* Organized and motivated with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
* Hungry for winning new business and nurturing relationships for mutual growth over the long term.
