Yard Hand - Night Shift (Ongoing)

Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Yard Hand who is comfortable and proven working afternoon and night shifts. This role is ideal for candidates who already work evenings or overnights and understand the demands of fatigue management and safety in a busy yard environment.
Key duties include:
* Loading and unloading steel products
* Moving trucks within the yard (heavy vehicle operation - HR licence not required)
* Forklift operation for product movement and unloading
* Working safely and efficiently during afternoon and night shifts
Shift times:
* Sunday to Thursday - 8:00pm - 4:00am
Pay & benefits:
* $35.00 per hour + 15% night shift loading (where applicable)
* Superannuation
* Weekly pay
* Ongoing, stable work
What you'll need to succeed
* Valid forklift licence
* Proven experience working night shifts
* Ability to manage fatigue and work safely overnight
* At least one employment reference from the past 12 months
* Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
