Senior Field Service Technician -----------------------------------
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' HVAC automation and control systems. Your technical expertise will be essential in servicing, maintaining, and commissioning Honeywell and third-party equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and maintain Honeywell and third-party equipment according to trade expertise.
* Perform daily servicing, calibrations, maintenance, diagnosis, repairs, basic programming, and commissioning.
* Navigate and interrogate BMS interfaces.
* Prepare quotes for labor, materials, and costs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication with clients and service recipients.
* Monitor, measure, and report on performance indicators and service objectives.
* Deliver value to clients and customers.
* Report near misses, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with BMS HVAC systems and controls.
* Basic electrical knowledge, including diagrams and switching.
* Understanding of instrumentation devices and control applications.
* Commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
