About the Role
As WA State Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical experts. You'll drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver strategic growth across the state.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Set direction, inspire teams, and align WA operations with national objectives.
* Commercial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Drive profitability and manage risk.

* Team Development: Mentor and support multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project delivery, and operations.

What You Bring
We're seeking a commercially astute, technically grounded leader who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
* Proven senior leadership experience in operations, project delivery, or workforce management.
* Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and performance optimisation.
* Technical background in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering (highly regarded).
* C Class Driver's Licence.
* Experience in multi-site or national organisations.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
