Senior Aboriginal Child Protection Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Aboriginal Child Protection Specialist to join our team.
* This pivotal role promotes the well-being of Aboriginal children through effective case management and requires strong leadership, risk assessment skills, and the ability to provide expert advice and support to community organizations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment with various stakeholders including government departments, non-government organizations (NGOs), Indigenous communities, child protection services providers, families affected by trauma etc.,
In order for us to enhance the quality of care provided in out-of-home placements this crucial position will need you working strategically within Victoria’s State Government initiatives while supporting at-risk youth's social development.
