About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to join a fast‑growing mining business in Western Australia. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in project forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting, providing actionable insights to support project delivery and business growth.
You’ll join a motivated 10‑person finance team, working closely with operational stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, drive commercial insights, and help shape financial processes as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling across multiple mining projects
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to operational leaders and senior management
* Provide commercial analysis and performance insights to support project delivery and cost management
* Support the ongoing development of financial processes, systems and controls as the business grows
About You
* CA / CPA qualified (or working towards)
* Solid business partnering / commercial finance experience
* Strong forecasting, modelling and project financial analysis capability
* Experience in mining, resources, construction or project‑based environments highly regarded
* Pronto ERP experience highly regarded
* Strong communicator with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
