Alexander Appointments (AA) is offering a hands‐on opportunity to step inside a high‐performing recruitment and people advisory business with over 20 years of industry success.
This is not a "sit back and observe" role—you'll be actively contributing to real recruitment outcomes while learning directly from experienced consultants and advisors.
If you're serious about building a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people advisory, this is your entry point.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of industries
* Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-enabled tools
* Screening and engaging with candidates professionally
* Assisting with job briefs, ad writing, and talent mapping
* Maintaining and optimising data within our ATS and CRM systems
* Learning how high-quality recruitment and advisory services are delivered
