Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Client Relations Specialist - Custom Film Division. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with outside sales staff, production, technical, and warehousing teams on a regular basis to ensure effective communication with customers and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or as needed

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, quotations, availability, and production lead times.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements.
3. Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound cold calls and emails.
5. Provide support in scheduling meetings for existing customers or new customers, as required.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, availability, usage, and pricing.
7. Work directly with the outside sales team to develop and grow new and existing business into long-term, profitable accounts.
8. Confirm all technical information with customers and/or outside sales managers and enter orders into the system.
9. Generate production orders per customer POs and projected usage.
10. Work closely with production to ensure on-time availability and delivery of materials.
Requirements and Skills
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
* Possess a high level of integrity while working independently and in a team environment.
* Computer literate with proficiency utilizing Microsoft software products.
* Basic mathematical calculations to determine weights, percentages, area, and volume.
* Strong phone presence.
Education and Experience
An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
