As a Personal Concierge Assistant you will assist by making the most of ones personal life by freeing them up on life's everyday pressures.
**Responsibilities**
- Greeting visitors, trades and services, cable and internet installation/repair.
- Accepting of any deliveries.
- Arranging any cleaning and home maintenance needs, organising trade quotes and services.
- Handle shopping including weekly grocery lists, gourmet party shopping or a special item.
- Assistance in supporting fundraising events.
- Administrative support, as required.
**About You**
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner and enthusiastic work ethic.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant is highly desirable.
