St Joseph's Catholic College is a co-educational day school founded in 1987, providing quality Catholic education from Transition to Year 12. Located in Katherine, approximately three hours south of Darwin, the College also offers an Early Learning Centre for children aged 3–5 years.
Set on 16 hectares with modern facilities and landscaped grounds, the College has an enrolment of approximately 300 students and a dedicated team of 60 staff.
We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Finance / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (4 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide finance and administrative support
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Assist with day-to-day financial processes
* Support staff and contribute to a positive team environment
Essential Criteria:
* Commitment to working within the Catholic ethos
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
* Current Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Competent computer skills across a range of programs
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Previous experience in a finance-related role
