* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Mentor and guide HR staff to achieve outstanding results in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to address them.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
* A strong understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices.
* The ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
