Account Execution Manager Job Description
This role plays a critical part in driving the success of our Global Travel Retail channel. You will engage with key customers, cross-functional colleagues, and domestic teams to unlock growth ambitions.
Your goal is to deliver executional excellence for top strategic airports, working closely with commercial, marketing functions, and external stakeholders. This ensures in-store execution and retail standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales and engagement on the shop floor to ensure activations, stock availability, promotions, etc.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders in airports.
* Identifying and analyzing business within market using syndicated data and account data information to capitalize on opportunities.
* Maintaining consistent adherence to brand guidelines and outlet standards.
* Delivering 6P goals annually at Account & store level.
* Providing insights into shopper, promotion, competitor, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
* Sales or retail experience in FMCG/luxury goods/spirits.
* A minimum of 4-5 years of retail or sales experience.
* Strong selling skills and ability to influence.
* A team player with a strong collaborative approach.
* A customer-focused strategic thinker with creative flair & category insight expertise.
* Good analytical skills – ability to work within deadlines and deliver commercial KPIs.
* In-depth understanding of retailers in a global market.
* Travel required: 30-40% of time.
