Job Title: Sous Chef
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meals in a busy venue.
* Work with the kitchen staff team to ensure quality control and consistency.
* Support product inventory, storage, and deliveries.
* Contribute to menu development with the Head Chef.
* FOLLOW ALL FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
* A relevant industry qualification and/or at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel/pub.
* The ability to work days, nights, weekends & public holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards.
* Passionate about cooking and delivering quality fresh food.
* Good working knowledge of current food trends.
* A mature, responsible and proactive attitude.
* Current Food Safety Handling Certificate.
