The Company
TekMed is the exclusive AUS/NZ agent for premium medical brands such as Bionic-Germany, Transonic-USA, Infomed-Switzerland, Kugel-Germany. TekMed is an ISO9001 accredited company. We are expanding our range of healthcare equipment and we require an experienced customer service/accounts administration to join our team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts administration duties with a customer service focus.
These responsibilities include:
- Handling purchase orders and invoicing on Reckon/QuickBooks
- Overseas supplier's communication - import/export
- A/R and A/P activities
- CRM entries
- Full time permanent position M-F 9-5
Skills & Experience desired- Enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Positive friendly attitude
- Passion for customer service
- Qualification in business administration/accounting
- Experience in Reckon/QuickBooks
- Import/Export process experience an advantage
- Account Keeping
- Administration
- CRM systems experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheet
