The Company
TekMed is the exclusive AUS/NZ agent for premium medical brands such as Bionic-Germany, Transonic-USA, Infomed-Switzerland, Kugel-Germany. TekMed is an ISO9001 accredited company. We are expanding our range of healthcare equipment, and we require an experienced customer service/accounts administration to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with a passion for customer service and be seeking to utilize your skills in this interesting field. The desire to learn new tasks and develop your career encouraged.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts administration duties with a customer service focus.
These Responsibilities Include
o Customer service contact by phone and email
o Handling purchase orders and invoicing on Reckon/QuickBooks
o Overseas supplier’s communication - import/export
o A/R and A/P activities
o CRM entries - MS Dynamics
o Full time permanent position M-F 9-5
Skills & Experience Desired
o Enthusiasm and attention to detail
o Positive friendly attitude
o Passion for customer service
o Qualification in business administration/accounting
o Experience in Reckon/QuickBooks
o Import/Export process experience an advantage
o Account Keeping
o Administration
o CRM systems experience - any
o Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheet
