Step Into Your Future
The Education Manager (EMB) is responsible for leadership and management of educational workgroup/s and for ensuring that the educational program/s is capable of responding to the education and training needs of government, industry, students and clients.
Bring your Skills and Passion
* Proven ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, improve and report on the productivity and performance of designated educational workgroup/s.
* Demonstrated ability to implement sound Human Resource Management policies and processes at both individual and organisational levels.
* Demonstrated educational leadership, strategic planning capability, interpersonal liaison and negotiating skills, which encourage and foster consultation, participative decision-making, co-operation and effect change within an educational workgroup/s.
* Demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with other training providers, schools, Universities, other government agencies, private training providers and Industry.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
