About the Talent Acquisition Advisor Role

You will serve as a key liaison between our recruitment campaigns and candidates, providing exceptional support and coordination to ensure their successful execution.

Supporting best practice recruitment programs, you will provide day-to-day assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team, drafting and posting job advertisements, conducting phone screenings, reference checks, and coordinating background checks for suitable candidates.

Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, including document management, coordination of pre-employment checks, and preparation of offer letters, you will also schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment centres.

In addition, you will respond to and action general enquiries related to recruitment activities, build relationships with candidates, and create pipelines of suitable talent to quickly respond to recruitment requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide Day-to-Day Support to the Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment campaigns.
* Draft and Post Job Advertisements, attracting top talent and supporting the team's efforts in finding the right candidates.
* Conduct Phone Screenings, Reference Checks, and coordinate background checks to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Manage Administrative Tasks, including document management, coordination of pre-employment checks, and preparation of offer letters.
* Schedule and Coordinate Interviews and Assessment Centres, facilitating the hiring process and ensuring timely completion.
* Respond to Enquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries related to recruitment activities.
* Build Relationships with Candidates, fostering positive interactions and creating a great candidate experience.
* Create Pipelines of Suitable Talent, proactively identifying and developing potential candidates to meet future recruitment needs.

About You

* Certificate in Business or Human Resource Management, paired with relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, is highly desirable.
* Proven Success in Administration Support Roles, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Computer Applications, ensuring efficient use of technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
* Effective Engagement with Diverse Stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers, is essential for success in this role.
* Strong Organisational and Multitasking Skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities, necessary for building strong relationships and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
* Preferred Candidates Will Undergo a National Police Check, as part of the recruitment process.
