Transportation Professional Wanted
We are seeking a skilled Transportation Professional to provide safe and welcoming transportation services to our guests. This role involves driving a passenger van between the hotel and Darwin International Airport while maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide safe and courteous transport for guests between the hotel and Darwin International Airport, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
* Assist guests with luggage handling and offer a warm welcome to the property, creating a positive first impression.
* Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy shuttle vehicle at all times, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
* Communicate effectively with front office and duty teams regarding transfer schedules, promoting efficient coordination and planning.
* Complete regular vehicle checks, sign-in/out sheets, refuelling logs, and incident reports as required, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
* Uphold all road safety requirements and company driving procedures, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
* Represent our organization's values through exceptional customer service and local knowledge, fostering strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
