Personal Care Assistant - Home Support
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming;
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management;
* Support clients with mobility and transfers, using safe and effective lifting techniques;
* Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns to our management team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification;
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
