About you:
In your new role you will:
- Commensurate with level of experience, apply independent qualified judgement to clinical decision making, using evidence-based practice and initiate contact with senior staff for guidance in managing complex cases when required.
- Provide and maintain safe, ethical, equitable and efficient physiotherapy services through quality improvement activities including the development, adaptation, implementation and evaluation of clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Deliver an efficient and effective physiotherapy service through day-to-day planning, service prioritisation, demand management, administration, and resource management.
- Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities, including effective risk management, to enhance the delivery of a safe and efficient physiotherapy and allied health services.
