We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our FIFO/DIDO catering team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume catering and a Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring quality food service and training staff.
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Coordinating with suppliers to source fresh ingredients.
* Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef in a similar role is essential for this position. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
