Job Description
The position involves conducting independent plant science research and fieldwork, publishing high-quality findings, and presenting at national and international conferences.
This role will also involve supervising and mentoring students, supporting research staff, and fostering productive collaborations with academic and industry partners.
Applicants must hold a PhD (or be within six months of completion) in plant science or a related field, with proven experience in independent research on plant science, plant phenotyping, or plant ecophysiology.
Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team, lead and mentor others, and manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes.
