Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Cash handling and operating EFTPOS with accuracy and efficiency.
* Mix and tint paint accurately, adhering to quality standards.
* Assist in maintaining stock levels, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Requirements:
* You enjoy working with people, possess great communication skills, and are passionate about helping others.
* Physical fitness is essential, as you will regularly lift paint tins weighing up to 25kgs.
* Willingness to learn and develop your skills, with on-the-job training provided.
