A highly respected professional services firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on General Manager to drive business performance across operations, finance, people and growth. This role reports to four Company Directors and plays a pivotal role in driving performance across strategy, finance, HR, marketing, compliance and day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic execution, financial oversight with a key focus on people leadership and continuous improvement of business operations. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen are essential.
