You’re a proactive leader who knows that significant growth starts with small positive steps every day.
You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation in the region.
In this role, you'll:
Lead the coordination and prioritisation of integrated transport solutions across the region, ensuring initiatives align with customer, community, Transport and government priorities.
Guide the identification, analysis and investigation of network issues to inform evidence-based solutions that improve safety, efficiency and overall network performance.
Oversee the region’s forward pipeline of transport initiatives, ensuring proposals are well-informed, strategically aligned and supported by robust analysis before progressing through planning and investment processes. This includes coordinating feasibility studies, transport modelling and network performance analysis to inform project nominations and capital investment programs.
Work closely with planning, asset management and delivery partners, and provide a central point of coordination for network performance initiatives and emerging transport issues and ideas.
Lead a professional team, and drive a consistent approach to project planning, investment prioritisation and program reporting, ensuring the region’s network challenges and opportunities are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
Please note this is a permanent opportunity based within the West region, with a requirement to attend a Transport office in Parkes in line with the hybrid workplace policy.
