About the Role
Join a national, market-leading NFP sector company as a L&D; Senior Advisor / Specialist within a supportive HR team. This is your chance to design, deliver, and improve engaging learning programs while contributing to a respectful and growth-focused workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences: workshops, e-learning, and onboarding programs
- Customise training content for different teams and roles
- Assess training needs by collaborating with managers and SMEs
- Coordinate training logistics and manage learning platforms (ELMO)
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve content
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide coaching support
- Support HR admin, including performance reviews, personnel files, and the HR inbox
Profile
- Proven experience designing, developing, and evaluating L&D; programs
- Strong multimedia content creation skills
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise; familiarity with AI tools
- Understanding of adult learning principles and diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Current National Police Certificate
