Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to existing customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
* Maintain a working knowledge of our solutions by regularly reviewing system updates.
* Collaborate with the team to create, review, and maintain training and support resources.
* Manage product lifecycle, including maintenance and updates.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware-related issues, performing repairs and replacements as needed.
Trek Retail Network Support
* Respond to support requests from the Trek retail network via phone and email.
* Oversee product management and maintenance, ensuring seamless inventory control and pricing updates.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales and customer service capabilities.
* Perform hardware replacement and updates, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Monitor and adjust marketing promotion changes to optimize sales performance.
Customer Acquisition and Growth
* Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels.
* Conduct product demos and provide quotes to interested parties.
* Ensure successful customer installations and set budgets accordingly.
Business Development and Project Management
* Drive key projects across all areas of the business, focusing on process improvements and inventory management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telephone-based customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of software applications, desktop operating systems, and office programs.
* Familiarity with general IT troubleshooting and SQL software is beneficial.
* Experience in retail and with retail management systems is highly desirable.
* Project Management experience is a plus.
* Availability for occasional out-of-hours and weekend support work, as well as occasional travel.
* A positive and calm demeanor, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet expectations.
