Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member delivers store administration and operations that support sales and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
* Cash handling and tendering transactions.
* Manage store multi‑channel fulfilment and maintain stock integrity.
* Telephone management and enquiries.
* Marketing and promotional activity.
* Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expense management.
* Execute sales channel fulfilment according to procedures.
* Collaborate with team to provide a positive store and channel experience, resolving customer complaints and queries.
* Enhance brand and store experience via quality merchandising, in‑store marketing and presentation.
* Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available learning platforms and development opportunities.
