We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join the team on a permanent Part‑Time basis around 20-25 hours a week (Flexible for the right candidate).
About the role
Reporting to the CEO and the group CFO you will be helping assist with the day to day accounting of a portfolio of business units and supporting the administration of a growing business.
You will bring an outstanding capability to implement operational improvements through technology solutions, and you will have a desire to be a change agent.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Daily duties such as monitoring accounts & sales email inbox, entering/issuing invoices.
- Assisting team with the month‑end process for multiple companies.
- Establish and manage ongoing stakeholder relations (both internal and external)
- Support the team to prepare month‑end accounts in readiness for review by CFO and the CEO.
- Work with the team to review and streamline processes and procedures
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO/CFO
About you
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate practical professional experience as an accounts officer, administrator or skills from a similar role.
You will describe yourself as a proactive and results oriented person who takes ownership and enjoys working within a social and vibrant environment.
You will also have:

- Flexible, adaptable with a willingness to be hands on
- Solid verbal and written communication
- A dedication and commitment to the company
- Strong knowledge of transactional services
