Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake goods in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the team to meet rosters and customer demand
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workstation
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar baking/retail role
- Solid understanding of retail operations
- Hold Baker qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends
- Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
