Responsibilities
* Supervise school crossings during the school zone hours of 8:00 – 9:30 AM and 2:30 – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
* Provide 30 hours of supervision per fortnight.
* Act as a visible road safety figure, ensuring children, parents, teachers and local motorists remain safe.
* Show up in all weather conditions, communicate effectively and stay alert to potential dangers.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of appointment.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check and a Health Assessment. Existing working with children checks will expedite the process.
* All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
Benefits
Hourly rate plus superannuation. Compensation during school holidays from Terms 1 to 3. The role is an in‐person, on‐site position.
